Directions
The nearest underground station is South Kensington
At South Kensington Station turn right into the subway sign-posted for the museums. Walk past the Science Museum Shop and continue for 5 minutes until you reach the very end of the Subway.
At the exit turn left up Exhibition Road and walk for 1 minute. You will now be at the main entrance to the South Kensington Campus.
If you are flying into London Heathrow or Gatwick, please find below the easiest route to the confernce centre:
- Heathrow Express, every 15 minutes from Paddington Station - Paddington Station 20 minutes from South Kensington Underground Station via Circle or District Line
- Gatwick Express, every 15 minutes from Victoria Station - Victoria Station 15 minutes from South Kensington Underground via Circle or District Line

If you require hotel accommodation whilst attending the conference, we have negotiated special conference rates at selected hotels.

Payment
Payment for the conference must be made when registering on-line for the conference. Payment can be made by credit or debit card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro (Switch) or Delta.
Terms & Conditions
Completion of the on-line registration form constitutes a legally binding agreement..
Cancellations confirmed in writing by 8 weeks before the conference will be refunded minus an administration fee of £75. We regret that no refund can be made after that date. We are not able to offer refunds for cancellations for events arising beyond our control.
Eventbookings reserves the right to alter the programme or venue without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
